honestly, I used to have less interest in current issues involving out country's economy and government. The reason is because I don't feel there is a need for me to get involved but somehow upon reading this article, I learned something.
my question is: Why do you think different kinds of anomalies happen in the Philippine government, given that we are democratic and has more access to effective ways of being an effective government? I'm just curious as to why the politician nowadays cannot be the political scientists who could very well observe from afar what effective measures could a politician use to promote a good government. It's just saddening to see the long line of opportunities existing without anyone grabbing them.
And from what I've noticed, most people get used to living in mediocre ways. They see new things but they are too hesitant to learn. I even realized that only a few people have the initiative to do something, most people just copy from what the majority does.
